Our Level 3 Developer Apprentices get involved in a wide variety of work from building websites through to supporting our customers to exploit the tools that we build.
We've been delivering Level 3 Apprenticeships for years, so we know how to get the most out of the talented people that walk through the door. We provide great induction and support during your initial weeks to get you started, so that you can get hands on and customer facing as soon as you and we have confidence in you being able to make a difference to our customers.
There's no such thing as a typical day, but it's not unusual for an early stage Apprentice to be undertaking supporting and maintenance of our existing sites. Mid-year Apprentices will often be planning and undertaking testing of complex web or mobile applications, or delivering small modules of bigger projects. Near-qualified Apprentices will often be using their knowledge, skills and experience to be developing considerable parts of complex projects.
Apprenticeships are all about a blended mix of on-the-job and classroom-based learning. We partner with QA Learning for our Level 3 Apprenticeship, and you'll benefit from 8 weeks worth of classroom training covering subjects including:
- C# Fundamentals
