Carbon Six Digital worked with the council to agree a flexible support model that meant that Developers at Carbon Six Digital could be on hand throughout the year to provide support a variety of different issues, including resolution of problems in Umbraco, developing new functionality, building API integrations with other systems, and assisting with exploiting the site.
We have also provided new development resource to the City Council, for example, when the Coroners Court procured a new Case Management System, the team at Carbon Six Digital produced a new integration API which enabled pages in Umbraco to list the status and high-level case details of Cases heard in Court.
